Delete your PreOrder Pal account

You can delete your PreOrder Pal account and its data at any time, either in the app or by email.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open PreOrder Pal and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the delete button.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, and the app's data on that phone is cleared.

Option 2: by email (no app needed)

Email support@directivelabs.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my PreOrder Pal account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

If you signed in with Apple and chose "Hide My Email," send the request from the email address that Apple forwards to, and tell us so we can find your account.

What is deleted

• Your account, including your email address, display name, and avatar color.
• All of your pre-orders.
• All of your wishlists and the books in them.
• Your settings: theme, stores, and store colors.

What is kept, and for how long

We don't keep any of your account data after deletion. Copies may remain in our hosting provider's routine backups for a short time until those backups expire.

Data you saved in Guest Mode lives only on your device; deleting the app removes it.
